A Tale Of Three Letters
The most important part of great communication is context.
In a recent direct mail campaign for Burchfield Ministries International, we wanted to make sure the reader of the special newsletter was truly impacted and that the wording mattered.
We took the mailing list and created three separate groups based off of context. (pastors vs. families, individuals) We then crafted three separate letters, with three separate videos from Pastor Tommy.
What's the win? The win is to ensure that the reader knows we care about them and their information they've trusted BMI with. By creating a letter that is crafted around their context a deeper connection is made and the response is much more genuine than a blanket letter that goes to everyone.
