  • What are your business hours?

    We're ready to help you with your media Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (cst) 


    After hours support is available for partners who subscribe to that service structure. 

  • What services do you provide?

    All of our offerings fall into two categories:

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Plans will renew on their own, but if you have any issues contact our team, we'd be happy to help you out. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    All of our subscription plans can be canceled at any time, and refunds are not available since services will have been rendered. 


    Partners who engage with New Creation Network on other projects will step into a contractual arrangement to ensure that everyone is at peace before the project event begins. 

  • I don't have a design but I need something printed for my church, can someone help?

    Absolutely! 


    Depending on your timeframe and budget, we'd suggest you give us a call and we will help you find the best way to get your prints to your church. 

  • Who is going to do my project?

    New Creation Network has a team of professionals internally, as well as partners with outside professionals from time to time, to ensure that your project is done by the best person for the job. 

  • Will I work with the outside professionals directly?

    What makes New Creation Network so great is that all of the services provided are done so from one place, and one administrative contact. 


    Our heart is to help the Church! If a situation requires an introduction to another professional partner other than NCN, we will absolutely do so. 


  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    We support the world from one location. 


    Since the majority of our projects are digital, we can accomplish some great projects. From time to time logestics cause us to lead through our limits. 


    If we can't help, we will refer you to someone who can. 

  • When will I get my printing order?

    Orders are processed within a 24-48 hour window on active business days.  


    All mailing services will be delieverd to the carriers on Wednesday's and Friday's of each week. Shipping will be determined by the rate you selected on your order.  



  • Do you accept all projects?

    In order to ensure that superb quality is obtained on every project, we do limit the amount of projects we take on at a given time. 


    We are happy to notify you when project spaces become available. 


    From time to time, we will decline projects that do not reflect the mission, vision, or value set of New Creation Network, but will be happy to refer you to other great opportunities we are aware of.
